I’m Ron Gaskins, and West Virginia Fine Photography, LLC, is my business. Someone once said, “Do what you enjoy, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s why I’ve become a professional photographer. I’ve enjoyed photography as a hobby for over 30 years, taking photographs for myself, and also acting as an official or unofficial photographer for the various organizations to which I belonged. In June of 2008, I retired from the “Day Job” and have been working to develop my own photography business. In December of 2008, my wife, Susan, and I moved from Bruceton Mills, WV, to Evans, WV, in order to be closer to our family, and this is where I’m located today.

Part of enjoying photography is striving to improve yourself and your work. In order to become a better photographer, I continue to study my craft and hone my skills. In my previous career, I worked with customers to improve and maintain their service, and also served as an advocate for my coworkers. Now, I want to take these experiences and create a business in which I can do the work I enjoy, while providing customer satisfaction.

My photographic experience and interests include: Nature, Weddings and Engagements, Informal Portraits, Sporting Events, Commercial and Special Occasions.
