Charleston Boulevard Rod Run & Doo Wop 2010

CARS! Cars with chrome, cars in white, turquoise, magenta, sky blue and flat black; cars with halogen headlights, neon lights, brake lights and glowing eyes. A rumble to the ears, a flash to the eyes, and maybe a hint of nitrous oxide in the air. These sights and sounds are evidence of the fifth annual Charleston Boulevard Rod Run and Doo Wop. This year, 905 custom and classic cars took up temporary residence along the Kanawha Boulevard, while thousands of residents and visitors strolled among them. Take a few minutes here, and "stroll" through these photographs from one end of the Boulevard to the other.
