Shepherdstown, West Virginia Photowalk
On July 11, 2010, I had the pleasure of visiting Shepherdstown, West Virginia, along with members of the Professional Photographers of West Virginia. As our Summer Event, we walked the historic streets of Shepherdstown. The buildings, streets, trees and people in period dress take you back over a hundred years to the time of the Civil War, when our state was born. I hope you enjoy the photos. I also did a short side trip to Antietam Battlefield, and have included images from there.
The PPWV have published a book with our photographs, titled "Shepherdstown-Through the Lens." If you are interested, you may order one at this site: http://ppwv.squarespace.com/shepherdstown-book-order-form/?SSScrollPosition=0
